Dick McDougald
Dick McDougald is a Partner with Pinnacle Rock Associates with over 20 years experience in retail management and IT consulting. He has extensive experience in merchandising, order management and warehousing systems.
Before joining PRA, Dick held senior management positions in several specialty retail companies. At Discovery Channel Stores, Dick served Vice President of Information Technology. In this position, Dick led all IT and systems functions for this multi-channel, multi-division company. During his tenure, he implemented a new WMS, developed a customer loyalty program and led development of a new order management system
Prior to Discovery Channel Stores, Dick spent two years providing specialty retail and mail order consulting. His clients included companies such as Guess, Patagonia, Imaginarium and The North Face.
Preceding his role at Discovery, Dick served as the Vice President of the CML Group which provided order management, warehousing and distribution services for a variety of retail chains including The Nature Company, Smith & Hawken, Hear Music and Scientific Revolution. In this position, Dick managed the explosive growth of The Nature Company as they grew from 12 to 125 stores while providing shared services support for CML’s other customers.
Dick received his BA in Computer Science from University of California at Berkeley.

Robert Chase
Robert Chase is a Principal with Pinnacle Rock Associates with over 20 years experience in supply chain and operations management consulting. He has extensive experience in the design and implementation of business and systems solutions.
A former Associate Partner with Accenture’s Supply Chain Strategy group, Robert has improved company supply chains across multiple industries, including Consumer Products (Colgate-Palmolive), Healthcare (Kaiser Permanente), and High-Tech (Intel, Compaq, Bay Networks, Sega). For Transportation clients such as UPS, DHL, CSX, and Ryder Logistics, Robert has led projects focusing on supply chain visibility, cost/service improvement, and new service design/implementation.
Within the Retail industry, Robert has authored and led major supply chain programs for NIKE, 7-Eleven, Kohl’s, Duty Free Shops, Cabela’s, and Sport Chalet. He has designed and executed efforts spanning global supply chain cost improvement, merchandise planning and replenishment, distribution network and inventory design, and logistics outsourcing on 3 continents. His experience in distribution includes warehouse design, operations processes & systems, labor performance management, and supplier-direct fulfillment.
Robert received his BS in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University in 1987.

Corbin de Rubertis
Corbin is a Partner with Pinnacle Rock associates with over 20 years experience in business management, strategy and IT consulting. While at Pinnacle Rock, Corbin has worked with a major big-box retailer to hone their direct-to-consumer strategy and on selection and implementation of an order-management system and a vendor-direct fulfillment network.
Prior to joining Pinnacle Rock, Corbin was a senior manager in the Paris office of the Boston Consulting Group, where he was a core member of the global IT and Operations practices. As one of BCG’s leading IT strategists, Corbin developed a group-wide CRM strategy for one of the largest global catalog and internet retailers, analyzed synergies for major European airline merger, developed $1bn shared-services concept for an aerospace and defense conglomerate and developed detailed IT integration strategy for a major European bank merger.
Before joining BCG, Corbin was Vice President of e-Business at Novell. At Novell, Corbin led the team responsible for strategy and implementation of Novell's $600M B2B and B2C channel, and worked in a sales role on key global accounts. His responsibilities also included developing market strategy for Novell's e-Business products, and Partnerships with leading software vendors and systems integrators.
Before joining Novell, Corbin founded and was CEO of 4DI - a software and consulting startup based in San Francisco. 4DI developed software and provided services to a global client base in the telecommunications, energy and pharmaceutical sectors. 4DI also developed a number of software products for the publishing and emergency services markets in Partnership with Autodesk, McGraw-Hill, Microsoft and Compaq.
Prior to 4DI, Corbin was a Managing Principal at Dames & Moore a global engineering and environmental sciences consulting firm, and Director of Dames & Moore's Advanced Technology Group (ATG) specializing in energy and telecommunications applications. Prior to the ATG Corbin worked for Dames & Moore as a geotechnical engineer on major infrastructure projects worldwide.
Corbin is a graduate of Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington with a B.A. in Economics.

Jay Fisher
Jay Fisher is a Partner with Pinnacle Rock and serves as PRA's Chief Technology Officer and Senior Architect. Jay brings over 20 years of executive - level IT experience to the firm. As CTO of several leading retail systems companies and as the founder and CEO of MarketPlace Systems Corporation, Jay has spent his career architecting and integrating complex multi-channel retail systems.
While at PRA, Jay assisted The Home Depot in implementing a new order management system, designed a workflow solution including UCCnet integration for managing product information and designed a web-based special order system for drop ship vendors for a for a large multi-channel retailer.
Prior to PRA, Jay served as the CTO of Island Pacific managing the integration of IP order management with merchandising and point of sale solutions utilizing WebSphere Commerce Suite.
Before joining Island Pacific, Jay was the founder and CEO of MarketPlace System Corporation. Founded in 1992, MarketPlace Systems developed and marketed software for planning, purchasing, inventory management, replenishment, warehousing and order management for direct retail companies. The company MarketPlace Systems was sold to Island Pacific in 2000.
Prior to MarketPlace Systems, Jay consulted with companies including The Disney Store, Eddie Bauer, Lenscrafters and JCPenney.
